Birthday club card

Sorry for not having posted for so long... Got a new computer for my 40th birthday and my brother could not install all my programmes for my cameras etc. until today. But I´m happy now. The new computer is much faster than the old one. Well, I think, it will be faster than me...

I´ve made this card for Gill at the birthday club. It´s a simple card, but I hope Gill likes it.

Another card for the birthday club...

Crafting tip from Sherry

I've seen this wonderful crafting tip at Sherry's blog. So, I've made this cardstock labels with all my embossing folders. It's very helpful when looking for the right folder for a new card creation. You take the whole bunch and you can lay several rectangles on you card (without taking them off the ring) and then decide what embossing folder matches best.

Please stop at Sherry's blog to get all the instructions about the crafting tip !

RAK Club - Pink May

I got these absolutely lovely cards from RAK Club (created by Gill) and the theme for the month of May was "Pink". Normally we should only get one card by month, but I got two... yeahhh !!! Linda (to who I sent my March RAK card) sent me now one for May... thank you so much Linda !!! During this frustrating time of illness, these cards make me so happy and I'm so grateful.

Card sent by Gill. Thank you so much! The card is soooo cute. Such a great job, with all these details !

Card sent by Linda. Looooove it ! Thank you, Linda :-) It really put a smile on my face.

Inside of the card from Linda.

RAK club May Card

This is my RAK card I've made for May. It should be on its way to someone else of the RAK club from Gill. Guess... Same paper as my last two posts :-) The pink cardstock... well I cannot remember if it is from SU or Papertrey Ink. It was my last sheet, so I have none to compare the color with. Sorry.

I told you, that I try to make a video. But as I was in hospital, you have to wait a little bit. I have to re-arrange my life first. Hope you understand this and can wait another little time...

More owls...

I really had to make another owl-card. They are so cute, these little funny birds ! and I absolutely love the Owl punch from SU !!!!!

Here again I used the 6" Paper pad "Hey birdie Collection" from Kaisercraft.
The trifold-card die is from Sizzix
Embossing folder (can't remember the name...) from Darice
Some pink satin ribbon
Rhinestones with I-Rock from Imaginisce
Owl stamp from Hero Arts
Hello friend stamp from Papertrey Ink
Old olive ink from SU

Owls....again ;-)

I got my new Sizzix "Tri-fold-card" die ! Yeahh !!! My first project is (of course) an Owl-card :-)

I've used 6" Paper Pad "Hey Birdie Collection" from Kaisercraft. I absolutely love this Paper !!!! The green cardstock is from SU and the Owls-cardstock is from a 12"x12" sheet from Rahyer Hobby (www.rayher-hobby.de)

First Communion

Hello friends :-) Sorry for not having posted for such a long time ! I was in hospital and the doctors told me that I've CFS/ME that cannot be healed for the moment. Someone told me, that the research on this disease has a priority level in the U.S.A. I'm quite frustrated about this and there will be some changes in my life that won't be funny at all !

I've made this card (well, in fact I made 28 of them) for "my" children of 3rd degree in Primary school. They had their 1st Communion 3 weeks ago. It was such a great day for them !

Be grateful

Just a very quick posting about a new Owl card. Believe it or not, I'm actually trying to make my first video with this card. But you have to be patient...

Easter breakfast

Hello everyone :-) I wish you all a very Happy Hoppy Eastermorning ! After a wonderful Easter Vigil last night, I had breakfast this morning with my sister and my brother. I've made these Easter baskets filled with chocolate eggs to decorate (and to eat, of course LOL). The basket was inspired by an Easter basket made by Dawn Griffith and the Bunny by Angie Juda (both have videos for it).
